Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Revision Plus platform, available at revisionplus.in and via associated mobile interfaces ("the Service"), operated by the Revision Plus team ("we", "us", or "our").

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

To use Revision Plus, you must:

• Be at least 16 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under applicable Indian law
• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Not have had a previous account suspended or terminated by us

By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements listed above.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately at support@revisionplus.in if you suspect unauthorised access
• Ensuring only one account per person — creating multiple accounts to circumvent daily limits or subscription restrictions is prohibited

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that we reasonably believe are being used fraudulently, abusively, or in violation of these Terms.

Revision Plus offers two tiers:

Billing: Premium subscriptions are billed monthly at ₹99 INR per month. Payment is processed securely through Razorpay. Each Premium purchase activates access for 30 days from the date of payment.

No auto-renewal: We do not automatically charge you. Each monthly renewal requires a new payment from you.

No refunds: All payments are final and non-refundable once Premium access has been activated. If you experience a technical issue with activation, contact us within 48 hours and we will resolve it manually.

Free plan always available: You may continue using the free tier indefinitely even if you choose not to purchase Premium.

Our referral program allows users to earn bonus Premium days by referring friends. The following rules apply:

• Each user receives a unique referral code visible on their Profile page
• When a new user applies your referral code and purchases Premium, you earn 10 bonus days of Premium access
• The new user (referee) receives 5 bonus days in addition to their 30-day subscription
• You cannot use your own referral code when making a purchase
• Referral bonuses are applied automatically upon successful payment
• We reserve the right to revoke referral bonuses if we detect abuse, fraud, or fake accounts
• The referral program terms may change or be discontinued with reasonable notice

You agree not to:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute quiz questions or content from Revision Plus without written permission
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access or scrape the platform
• Attempt to circumvent daily question limits or subscription restrictions
• Create fake accounts to gain referral bonuses fraudulently
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract our source code
• Use the platform in any way that violates applicable Indian laws or regulations
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
• Post or transmit any harmful, offensive, or unlawful content

Violation of these terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without notice or refund.

All content on Revision Plus — including but not limited to quiz questions, explanations, sample papers, graphics, UI design, and brand assets — is owned by or licensed to Revision Plus and is protected under applicable Indian and international intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal licence to use the Service solely for your own educational preparation. This licence does not include the right to share, sell, reproduce, or distribute any content from the platform.

Questions that are derived from publicly available government examination syllabi are used for educational purposes. We do not claim copyright over government-issued question papers but do claim copyright over our curated organisation, explanations, and platform presentation.

Revision Plus is an independent educational preparation platform. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any government body, NCTE, CBSE, or state education departments.

• We do not guarantee that using our platform will result in passing any examination
• Question content is curated for practice purposes; it may not perfectly reflect actual exam questions
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service at all times
• The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Revision Plus and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or failure in examinations, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.

You may terminate your account at any time by using the "Delete My Account" feature in Profile → Danger Zone. Upon deletion, all your data will be permanently erased.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. In cases of significant terms violations, no refund will be provided for any remaining Premium period.
